Our core product is unpopulated PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards). We have capability to manufacture Single Sided/Layer (SS), Double Sided/Layer (DS-NPTH & DS-PTH) and MultiLayer (up to 24 layers) PCBs with RoHS as an option.
Towards our journey in providing "ONE STOP SHOP" experience to our customers, we have worked on backward and forward integration all these years. As a result, we are now capable of designing your PCBs from schematics and supply stencils (Chemically Etched Brass Stencils and Electropolished Laser Cut Framed stencils) to aid your SMT requirement.
Since we have made "PCB Design", "PCB Manufacturing" and "Stencil Making" possible in-house, it has provided us the strongest control over your project execution, which will help you stick to your tighter deadlines more precisely without making any compromises in neither quality nor cost.

Single Sided/ Layer PCB
The most basic PCBs, have the components mounted on one side of the board and the conductor pattern on the opposite side.

These types of PCBs have a conductor pattern on both sides of the board. Having two separate conductor patterns requires some kind of electrical connection between them.

SMT Stencil
For all your PCB assembly requirements, QualiEco Circuits Ltd. has started supplying solder paste stencils since 2004. We have capability to supply chemically etched brass stencils as well as electropolished laser cut framed stencils for fine pitch assembly.
Chemically Etched Brass Stencil
For low volume assembly using standard SMDs, chemically etched brass stencil is the most economical solution. This type of stencil manufacturing is easy and relatively quick compared to electropolished laser cut framed stencils.

Electropolished Laser Cut Framed Stencil
Laser cut stencil is the best choice for medium to large volume assembly especially when fine pitch components are in use. We have noticed that many PCB designs are using extremely fine components such as QFP, BGA and CSP.
