  • Do you use RoHS compliant surface finish by default?No. Our standard finish is HASL. RoHS compliant surface finish is optional to all our customers. They can choose Lead-FREE HASL, Immersion SILVER or Immersion GOLD as RoHS surface finish.
  • How do I know which surface finish would be appropriate for my PCB?Refer our RoHS guidelines and you will find surface finish comparison chart.
  • How do I handle, store and assemble Immersion SILVER finish PCBs as they tend to oxidize quicker than other types of surface finish?Please study our Handling, Storage and Assembly Guideline for Immersion SILVER finish PCBs.
  • Can you do gold fingers?Yes. We have gold plating facility for edge connectors.
  • Can you do carbon printing?Yes. We have carbon printing facility for edge connectors.

PCB Design Tips

When designing a PCB, try to limit
the amount of draws you use.
Draws use a lot of memory and slows the programming time. Ex.: Use a flash for pads instead of draws. If for some reason we need to increase or decrease that pad size, it can easily be done by changing the D-code but if they are done with draws it could be a nightmare.
