  • What panel size would you prefer if I want to panelize myself? We prefer near A4 (around 210mmx280mm) size as a panel. However, provided our manufacturing optimization is not hugely compromised (e.g. only two stack of panels is possible on a 4 spindle drilling machine etc..), there is no restriction in choosing your own panel sizes to suit your requirement.
  • Can I put multiple designs onto a single panel for manufacturing? This is called “Multipanel” category of manufacturing. We do not entertain “Multipanel” category and normally try to avoid it.
  • How much gap should I keep between boards if I wish to panelize myself?2mm for routing and 0.5mm for v-grooving. This gap should be measured from the center of the cut marks

PCB Design Tips

When designing a PCB, try to limit
the amount of draws you use.
Draws use a lot of memory and slows the programming time. Ex.: Use a flash for pads instead of draws. If for some reason we need to increase or decrease that pad size, it can easily be done by changing the D-code but if they are done with draws it could be a nightmare.
