  • Which is your area of main expertise – prototype or production PCBs?Both. We have dedicated facility just to deal with prototype and low volume PCBs. This arrangement helps us to be on time every time. Apart from this, we have capacity to manufacture hundreds and thousands of PCBs at a time without compromising on lead time.
  • What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for each category?For us no quantity is small quantity. We entertain smallest order with same passion and enthusiasm as we treat volume production. 1 and 10 A4 panel is our MOQ for prototype and production category respectively. Note that cost of making PCBs from an existing design under prototype category is much less compared to full prototype cost at the time of first run.
  • What your standard lead time? How fast can you turn PCBs around if we are in real hurry?Our standard lead time for prototype and production category starts from 7-8 & 12-13 working days respectively. We have 24 Hours (Ex-Factory) and 48 Hours (Ex-Factory) turn around also available for your urgent requirement. You will require to add approx. 48 hours for shipping.   • I found design on the internet, can you manufacture it for me?We do not investigate if the customer, who submits the PCB for production, is the original copyright holder. Therefore, when customer submits PCB files for manufacturing we assume he has copyright for it and the customer is solely responsible if there is any violation of copyright law.
  • I want to re-order PCB which you have manufactured for me before, should I sent you my files again?No. However, we expect you to mention item description in your purchase order correctly. If you can provide our item code, there is nothing better than this.
  • I don't get reply to my e-mail. What's wrong?We respond in 24 hours, so if you don't get reply in this time please re-send your e-mail.
  • I asked in my email for some non-standard requirement (e.g. thicker laminate, thicker copper, RoHS compliance, different colour of solder mask, peelable solder mask etc.) but the order confirmation document received from you seems to have this specific requirement missing. What should I do?Please always double check our order confirmation document very carefully as we are also human being and can make mistakes. In fact, this is the reason we send detail commercial and technical report after accepting the order so that such mistakes can be avoided. So, if you do not respond within 24 hours, it may possible that production has gone ahead with our technical report and incorrect PCBs could be your way !!
  • Can you assemble and solder my PCBs?NO.

PCB Design Tips

When designing a PCB, try to limit
the amount of draws you use.
Draws use a lot of memory and slows the programming time. Ex.: Use a flash for pads instead of draws. If for some reason we need to increase or decrease that pad size, it can easily be done by changing the D-code but if they are done with draws it could be a nightmare.
