- What is your standard laminate type?1.6mm FR-4. We can supply PCBs with CEM-1 material, provided we have stock available readily.
- What other laminate thickness options do I have?We can also manufacture your boards with non-standard laminate thicknesses e.g. 0.4mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 2.0mm, 2.4mm & 3.2mm.
- Can you manufacture PCBs using High Tg laminate?Yes, but it costs extra.
- What copper thickness options do I have?We can offer 35 um (1 oz), 70 um (2oz) & 105 um (3oz) copper thickness.
PCB Design Tips
When designing a PCB, try to limit
the amount of draws you use.
Draws use a lot of memory and slows the programming time. Ex.: Use a flash for pads instead of draws. If for some reason we need to increase or decrease that pad size, it can easily be done by changing the D-code but if they are done with draws it could be a nightmare.
