  • Is there any meaning of "QualiEco"?Yes...Quality and Economy in PCBs was, is and will be the driving force behind QualiEco Circuits Ltd.   • How long has Qualieco Circuits Ltd. been in business?QualiEco Circuits Ltd. is a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) Technology Consultant and PCB supplier to over 200 customers in Australasia since 2003. Our aim is to supply Highly Qualitative, Unbelievably Economical & Remarkably Reliable PCBs to the electronic industry.
  • What are your hours doing business?Our normal trading hours is between 8am to 5.30pm. However, we are offering 24 Hours commercial and technical support, which is unique of its nature in the whole PCB industry in Australasia. Please refer our contact detail to reach us in no time. We are just a phone call away...
  • How do you keep your prices low?We keep our prices low by constantly implementing more efficient manufacturing processes, developing systems that allow us to quickly change setups, maintaining partnerships with manufacturers, and conservatively managing our business.
  • Are you cheapest in the industry?We may not be the cheapest but certainly we are the most economical considering the package as a whole. Our quality, service and after sales support is second to none. Commitment is what we die for.
  • What happens if I have a problem?We are committed to delight you in every aspect of product cycle and we request that you contact us immediately if you have a problem of any kind. If you ever feel that you've received a product or service that was below your expectation, please feel free to call or email us straightaway. If you can send any photographic evidence, it would certainly help us investigate the matter more efficiently. Also, we would like to hear any suggestions you may have for further improvements.
  • What is your privacy policy?Please refer our Privacy Policy for detail information.
  • What quality standards do you have?Our suppliers possess ISO-9002 & TS-16949:2002 quality standards. Also, our PCBs are UL approved. We can place UL logo onto your PCBs upon request.
  • Are your PCBs RoHS compliant?Our standard finish is HASL. However, we offer PCBs that comply RoHS as an option. You can choose Lead-FREE HASL, Immersion SILVER or Immersion GOLD – any of the finish as per your requirement. Refer our comparison chart for further information.
  • What is IPC and do you follow IPC standards?IPC, the Association Connecting Electronics Industries® is a global trade association. It represents all facets of the industry, including design, printed circuit board manufacturing and electronics assembly. IPC has developed specifications, standards and test methods that are widely considered to be the standard for the industry.

    As far as PCB manufacturing is concerned, we strictly follow all relevant IPC standards.

PCB Design Tips

When designing a PCB, try to limit
the amount of draws you use.
Draws use a lot of memory and slows the programming time. Ex.: Use a flash for pads instead of draws. If for some reason we need to increase or decrease that pad size, it can easily be done by changing the D-code but if they are done with draws it could be a nightmare.
